‘Ternyata’ kekuatan militer Indonesia masih salah satu yang terbaik didunia
Menghangatnya lagi hubungan indonesia dan Malaysia akhir akhir ini (baca : Penangkapan Petugas perikanan Indonesia oleh Polisi Malaysia per 19.08.2010), mengajak kita untuk mulai berhitung soal kekuatan Militer Negara jika pada akhirnya PERANG menajadi pilihan terakhir. Dari informasi yang saya dapatkan melalui website US Library of Congress; Badan Intelijen Pusat. http://www.globalfirepower.com per tahun 2008 kekuatan militer indonesia menduduki peringkat 14 Dunia. Wow! Dahsyat. walaupun hanya terdata hingga tahun 2009 paling tidak ini sedikit memupuskan rasa ketidakyakinan kita pada kekuatan militer yang kita miliki saat ini. berikut peringkat negara negara dengan dengan kekuatan tertinggi hingga terendah
The GFP ranking list was updated in May of 2009. Changes to the list now include factors for current/recent military experiences, training levels and equipment quality. Denmark, South Africa and Georgia are new-adds bringing the country total to 42 nations.
Enjoy the numbers! It is hardly a super-accurate scientific measurement of military strengths but still entertaining to consider at the very least.

Rank 1-10 Pengamatan : Amerika Serikat (GFP rumus nilai 0,184) tetap merupakan pemimpin yang tak perlu dari daftar kami terima kasih kepada mereka tetap “aktif” di hotspot global, menampilkan angkatan laut terbesar di dunia dan terus miskin di gumpalan uang ke pertahanan. formula kami melihat tepi Cina dari Rusia tetapi hanya oleh margin tipis (0,238 versus 0,241 masing-masing) dengan kelebihan dalam tenaga kerja yang tersedia dan modal finansial.
